Dreamscene Video Wallpaper is, as you can tell from the name, a program to create desktop wallpapers (and also screensavers) from videos selected by the user. The program works with video files in PPG format. Dreamscene Video Wallpaper lets you create a playlist of videos, many of which can be found on the author`s website.
To create wallpapers and screensavers from videos, you have to configure the program and later click on Personalize (if you are in Vista) or Properties (in XP), and later in Desktop wallpaper. You can also configure the size of the videos, and activate/deactivate the animation effect.
The Dreamscene Video Wallpaper interface is very friendly, with easy to use buttons.
